Job Description Summary – Web3 Recruiter (Smart Contract Focus)

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to engage and connect with Web3 Smart Contract experts through face-to-face meetings. In this role, you will represent our company, clearly communicate our projects, and build strong trustable relationships with blockchain developers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person meetings with Web3 and Smart Contract professionals

Present company vision, culture, and project details effectively

Identify and attract qualified blockchain talent

Maintain a pipeline of candidates and manage ongoing communication

Requirements:

Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, and smart contracts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in presenting technical concepts clearly

Prior recruiting or networking experience is a plus

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $10–$20 (based on experience)
