Position Summary

The Recruiter I is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across 2–3 skilled nursing facilities. This role partners with Administrators, DONs, to support staffing stability, reduce registry usage, and improve time-to-fill for clinical and non-clinical roles. This position functions as a talent partner aligned with census growth, PBJ compliance, and quality outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage requisitions for 2–5 facilities (clinical, therapy, and support roles).
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain pipelines for evergreen roles (CNA, LVN, RN, PT/OT/SLP).
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire).
  • Conduct regular touchpoints with Administrators and DONs.
  • Identify hiring bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now (ATS) for documentation and compliance.
  • Support registry reduction initiatives through proactive pipeline building.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years healthcare or high-volume recruitment experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple sites preferred.
  • Knowledge of skilled nursing staffing models preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage 25 to 40 open requisitions effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills.


Performance Expectations

  • Maintain competitive time-to-fill metrics (role dependent).
  • Provide regular requisition updates for assigned facilities.
  • Demonstrate progress toward reduction in registry reliance.
  • Maintain strong hiring manager satisfaction scores.
