Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships (PR & account nurturing)
  • Lead business discussions, proposals, and strategic alignment with clients
  • Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for media buying and creative teams
  • Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
  • Handle negotiations on pricing, scope, and contract terms
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Support new business acquisition through networking, referrals, and pitching
  • Represent the agency in meetings, presentations, and industry events

Requirements

  • 1 – 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Client Servicing
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English required; Chinese is a plus)
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising agency, or e-commerce ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of TikTok Ads / performance marketing concepts (no hands-on execution required)
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-pressure client situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling regional or international clients
  • Background in PR, branding, or strategic partnerships
  • Familiarity with TikTok ecosystem (TikTok Shop, content strategy, influencer ecosystem)
  • Experience working with fast-scaling teams or startups

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not responsible for campaign setup or daily ad operations
  • Not required to manage ad accounts or execute media buying
  • Not a purely internal or operational role
