- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR files with utmost confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training preparation.
- Assist in payroll processing and track employee attendance and leaves.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
