HIRING: Human Resource Staff

LOCATION: Pasay City

Salary Package: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Staff to support various HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle different HR facets including recruitment and related HR processes
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process
• Maintain and organize HR records and documentation
• Support in resolving HR-related issues and concerns promptly
• Coordinate with different departments as needed
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Perform administrative HR tasks and other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any related course
• At least 1 year experience in recruitment
• Basic knowledge of Labor Law
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Able to identify issues and resolve concerns promptly
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Willing to work extended hours (overtime with pay)
