HR & Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Handle payroll coordination and staff claims
- Support daily administrative and office operations
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications
- Assist in company policies, staff welfare, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate training, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and government authorities when required
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
