Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career in administration and compliance? Join our team as a Licensing and Accreditation Admin and play a key role in supporting licensing and accreditation operations for our Sales and Distribution Group.


Location: Rockwell, Makati City

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM

Employment Type: Project-Based (6 Months)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and monitor licensing applications
  2. Maintain and update licensing databases and records
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and government agencies
  4. Organize licensing documents and files
  5. Conduct compliance checks and prepare reports
  6. Assist in accreditation examinations and related activities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any 4-year course
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork when needed
