Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career in administration and compliance? Join our team as a Licensing and Accreditation Admin and play a key role in supporting licensing and accreditation operations for our Sales and Distribution Group.
Location: Rockwell, Makati City
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
Employment Type: Project-Based (6 Months)

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor licensing applications
- Maintain and update licensing databases and records
- Coordinate with internal teams and government agencies
- Organize licensing documents and files
- Conduct compliance checks and prepare reports
- Assist in accreditation examinations and related activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any 4-year course
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Good communication skills
- Willing to do fieldwork when needed
