We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Associate to help grow our business by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive, and skilled at understanding client needs to provide customized recommendations. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to generate leads, close deals, and ensure both company objectives and client satisfaction goals are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company with a strong understanding of its products and services.
  • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate performance records.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates for management.
  • Provide feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Leverage knowledge of technology or IT-related solutions to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in technology or IT-related sales is a strong advantage.
