Japanese NetSuite Senior Consultant

COMPANY PROFILE: This is an IT consulting firm located in Makati.  Providing IT Software solutions to meet the business requirements for clients across several industries.

Position: Japanese NetSuite Senior Consultant

Company Industry: IT Consulting Company

Salary: Php 100,000 above (Open for salary negotiation)

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Weekends Off)

Work Set-up: Work from Home

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Japanese Native Speaker or Japanese Professional/JLPT N1 equivalent
• Proficient in Both Japanese and English
• JLPT Certificate is not a requirement but a big advantage
• At Least 2 years and above experience in functional or technical consulting role preferably in an Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM or e-commerce space (ideally NetSuite)
• Experience in Managing Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software or specific business model (i.e. distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising) implementations
• Open to candidate located anywhere as long as willing to travel to Japan to meet clients in case needed
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and reference-able customer relationships
• Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approach

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with Japanese customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
• Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training
• Work on 4-5 client projects/engagements and oversee 1 -2 projects
• Be comfortable working with senior executives regularly
• Become an expert on the NetSuite application
• Work closely with Project leaders to deliver client projects expectations
