Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate short-cycle digital transformation initiatives supporting Turnaround (TA) and Shutdown execution environments. The role involves managing digital applications, integrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure readiness, and post-TA stabilization to ensure safe and disruption-free operations. 

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution for Turnaround and Shutdown events.

Ensure all digital applications and infrastructure are operationally ready before execution.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, IT, and vendors.

Manage project planning, timelines, governance, risks, and delivery milestones.

Drive Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies and release management.

Handle cutover, UAT, regression testing, and environment management.

Support TA applications such as SAP PM, Primavera P6, MCI, and related platforms.

Ensure zero disruption to operational activities during execution.

Manage vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in IT project management and digital transformation.

Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas Turnaround or Shutdown execution cycles.

Knowledge of TA execution tools and workflows.

Familiarity with Active Directory, SAP PM, Primavera P6, and cloud/API integrations.

Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work onsite with occasional travel to project locations.
