Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and transaction processing
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger balances
Review invoices, expense reports, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and follow-up activities
Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks and account analysis
Maintain organized accounting files and ensure proper document retention
Help prepare audit schedules and provide documentation for internal or external audits
Monitor discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve financial issues
Support budget tracking and reporting activities as assigned
