Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
- With experience in sales, business development, client coordination, or administrative support is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Willing to conduct research and assist in lead generation activities
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Willing to work onsite and handle field/client coordination when necessary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
2. Prepare, format, and review contracts, reports, legal documents, and official correspondence.
3. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage emails and calls.
4. Conduct research, assist in proposal creation, and maintain client records.
5. Ensure documents meet company policies and handle sensitive information securely.
6. Assist with office tasks, coordinate with departments, and support special projects.
7. Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the business development specialist from time to time.
