Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely statements and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for decision-making.
• Mange accounting operations including billing, payables, receivables, and settlements.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective financial management.
• Ensure compliance, lead audits, and mantain audit-ready records.
• Improve accounting processes, systems, and policies.
• Lead, supervise and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
• At least five years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, taxation, and accounting operations.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industry is an advantage.
