Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze gaming and operational data
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data records
- Coordinate with teams regarding data insights and reporting needs
- Support management in decision-making through data analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience in data analysis or reporting is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
