Description
- Oversee and ensure the organization’s compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to address new regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including BSP, SEC, AMLC, and NPC.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on compliance-related issues.
- Facilitate compliance training and awareness initiatives for staff at all levels.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of regulatory affairs, including BSP and SEC regulations.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on compliance.
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in processing government permits and adherence to MORNBFI guidelines.
