The Senior Accounting Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, audit documentation & assisting in month-end reporting. The role ensures timely and accurate financial transactions and supports overall accounting operations, performing other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related business course
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Financial and General Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and business systems solutions (ex. QuickBooks)
- With above average business communication skills, ensuring professional and clear interaction with internal teams and external agencies
- Fluent in both oral and written English and Filipino, enabling effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Can work under pressure and under minimum supervision
- High level of accuracy and detail-oriented
- Maintain orderly filing systems and record keeping
- Team player, creative and resourceful
