PropW is a fast-growing proprietary trading platform that provides traders with up to $200,000 in funded accounts. We aim to empower traders worldwide by removing capital barriers and unlocking their full trading potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your own local network of traders, KOLs, influencers, trading communities, or projects to onboard and recruit high-quality funded traders.
• Build and expand local Prop Trading ecosystems (educators, trading groups, partners)
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing and recruitment campaigns based on your existing contacts to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on regional market trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategies.
• Represent Propw professionally and strengthen brand presence in your region.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Crypto / Trading / Prop Firm BD roles
• Strong understanding of local markets (Korea / SEA / Europe)
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of prop trading industry and trader acquisition strategies.
• Fluent in English (additional local language is a plus)
• Highly self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• High level of discipline and accountability (remote work capability)
