HR ADMIN SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Process payment requests for government-related fees. Act as a company liaison to facilitate and monitor applications for business permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements with agencies including SEC, BIR, and LGUs.
B. Monitor and manage the renewal of lease contracts for the office, warehouse, and staff dormitories. Coordinate with landlords/brokers for negotiations and ensure timely renewals.
C. Process building gate passes, work permits, access cards, parking slots, and other facility-related requests. Oversee all maintenance works for office and dormitory facilities. Monitor and perform basic maintenance for office equipment and facilities (computers, printers, CCTV, furniture, etc.).
D. Coordinate with third-party agencies (hotels, suppliers, janitorial services, etc.), manage procurement of office and warehouse supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
E. Act as the primary point of contact for internal employees and external clients/visitors. Manage the department's public email inbox. Responsible for drafting and sending company-wide announcements regarding public holidays, festive celebrations, and administrative notices.
F. Provide administrative support for departmental activities, meeting coordination. Ensure workplace compliance with office policies and Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management to support business operations.
