Accountant

Join our growing healthcare team! We are looking for a reliable, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to help manage and strengthen our accounting operations.

This is not just a bookkeeping role. We are looking for someone who can actively support operations, improve financial processes, and grow together with the company as we expand into a larger multi-branch organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports

• Monitor income statements, cash flow, balance sheets, and account monitoring reports

• Review reconciliations for bank accounts, cash, AR, AP, inventory, and expenses

• Monitor budget versus actual performance

• Ensure accuracy of vouchers and supporting documents

• Track financial deadlines and compliance requirements

• Coordinate with outsourced accountants, auditors, and internal departments

• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls

• Provide clear financial reports, issues, and recommendations to management

• Support future multi-branch financial reporting operations

• Work closely with operations, purchasing, sales, and management teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field

• At least 3 years of accounting experience

• Experience preparing monthly financial reports

• Strong Microsoft Excel and reconciliation skills

• Experience in operational businesses is preferred

• Able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined with deadlines

• Strong communication and follow-through skills

• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and responsibility

• Able to explain financial reports in a simple and practical manner

• Comfortable working closely with operations, purchasing, sales, and management teams

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, clinics, retail, pharmacy, or multi-branch operations is an advantage

• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
