Job Summary

The Risk and Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role develops and implements audit strategies to minimize risks, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen quality management systems. The position also leads audit activities, analyzes findings, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement actionable improvements while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Develop and implement audit strategies and risk management initiatives to reduce operational and compliance risks
  • Analyze audit findings and provide actionable recommendations for process and quality improvements
  • Manage audit timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve audit effectiveness and operational performance
  • Facilitate communication between audit teams, management, and clients
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and corrective actions
  • Utilize technology and process improvement tools to enhance audit and quality management systems
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development and performance growth
  • Maintain exceptional standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all audit activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, preferably in audit
  • Strong experience managing internal and external audit processes
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and risk management practices
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and systems for process enhancements
