Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, or related field.
With at least 2-3 years of experience in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Associate Relations (AR), or Industrial Relations (IR).
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and HR policies/procedures.
With driver’s license is an advantage.
Willing to start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of company policies, rules, and regulations to ensure employee discipline, workplace harmony, and industrial peace
Investigating, documenting, and resolving employee complaints or disputes to prevent escalation.
Acting as the bridge between company management and labor unions to negotiate wages, benefits, and working conditions.
