Description
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements for IT projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
- Create and manage process flows, data mapping, and specification documents.
- Liaise between the IT department and business units to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in BRD creation, stakeholder management, information systems, and documentation.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of data mapping and process flow analysis.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
