JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to Japanese National (Can process Visa)
- Open to Filipino with JLPT N1 and N2 Passer/Level
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 11 -15 years’ experience as Sales Manager selling IT Software Services in the Philippines.
- Must have been working for a IT Software Services company
- Has experience signing a large deal TCV (Total Contract Value) IT Software Service.
- Have hands-on experience as architect/technical/team lead for an Agile team
- Have hands-on experience with advanced software development processes like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and the likes.
- Having knowledge or expertise of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, MarTech will be advantageous.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all internal and external activities, from initial customer engagement and solutioning to final proposal delivery, while managing diverse stakeholders including clients and partners.
- Drive gross profit growth by implementing data-driven marketing strategies and conducting rigorous analysis of market trends and performance results.
- Establish clear sales objectives by developing annual quotas and projecting anticipated sales volumes based on market intelligence.
- Maintain a competitive edge by attending industry workshops, reviewing professional publications, and leveraging personal networks and professional societies.
- Determines gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results however, this is an individual contributor to achieve personal sales targets
