DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and overall workplace standards
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend effective corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace regulations
  • Monitor and oversee delegated administrative tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and workspaces
  • Manage asset inventory, equipment records, and monitoring logs
  • Track repair requests and coordinate preventive maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors for facility concerns
  • Ensure all utilities and office systems are functioning properly and issues are reported promptly
  • Prepare and distribute official communications such as memos and directives
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
  • Monitor employee attendance using Sprout or similar HR systems
  • Ensure documents are complete, organized, and audit-ready at all times
  • Assist in preparations for audits, inspections, and external visits
  • Implement and maintain structured housekeeping and compliance systems
  • Conduct regular compliance and operational checks across the site
  • Escalate recurring operational concerns to management when necessary
  • Ensure corrective actions are properly implemented, monitored, and documented
  • Prepare and submit weekly site operations reports
  • Maintain accurate and updated administrative records and trackers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, restaurant supervision, facilities management, or site/property administration

MUST HAVE:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement and enforce operational standards effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and responsibility in all assigned tasks
