Job Overview


Arty Learning Group is looking for a responsible and service-oriented Full-Time Operations Executive to support the daily operations of our education centre.


The role involves handling administrative duties, supporting teachers, assisting with class and centre operations, managing learning materials, attending to parent enquiries, and ensuring that daily workflows run smoothly. You will work closely with the centre team to provide a warm, organised, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.


The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced education setting. Prior experience in customer service, administration, or centre operations is preferred.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the education centre.
  • Attend to parent enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-ins.
  • Assist with student registration, class scheduling, attendance, and administrative records.
  • Support teachers with classroom materials, lesson preparation, and operational needs.
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain teaching resources and centre materials.
  • Assist with payment follow-ups, invoices, receipts, and basic administrative coordination when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming centre environment.
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and the centre team to ensure smooth class operations.
  • Support student arrival, dismissal, and general safety procedures.
  • Assist with centre events, training, meetings, and ad-hoc operational tasks as required.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, centre operations, or the education industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with parents and working around children.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, service-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to commit to the full-time working schedule, including 1 weekend day.


Full-Time Working Hours

  • Weekdays, Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM with 1-hour break
  • Weekends, Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM with 1.5-hour break
  • Full-Time arrangement will be 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
