Recruiter (Remote | PH Bases Candidates Only)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hourly hiring for operations, logistics, warehouse, dispatch, field, and blue-collar roles across the East Coast, with a strong focus on New York-based hiring.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience recruiting for fast-paced operational environments and understands the urgency, screening requirements, and candidate expectations for hourly workforce hiring.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing and managing large candidate pipelines for operational and logistics-related positions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly operations and logistics roles
• Source candidates for warehouse, dispatch, delivery, field operations, manufacturing, and similar blue-collar positions
• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screenings, and interview coordination
• Maintain and track pipelines through ATS and recruiting systems
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Support high-volume and urgent hiring initiatives
• Post jobs across multiple recruiting platforms and local hiring channels
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and pipeline updates
• Assist with onboarding coordination and hiring documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on hourly, operations, logistics, warehouse, field, or blue-collar hiring
• Experience hiring for East Coast markets, preferably New York
• Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting workflows
• Experience sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreach
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with ATS, Google Workspace, and recruiting tools
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with urgent hiring timelines

Preferred Experience

• Staffing agency or BPO recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for transportation, logistics, warehouse, or field operations companies
• Experience supporting remote recruiting teams and distributed operations
