Set up initial Item Settings and Class Settings in the Global Learning Management System (GLMS).

Generate attendance codes and configure program finance settings.

Manage ILT and program registrations, including participant and facilitator invites.
-
Configure communication settings (e.g., email reminders, automated notifications).
-
Support classroom, virtual, and room bookings (including ILT-only requirements).
-
Assist with curriculum setup, assessment builds, and course-related setup.
-
Execute changes post setup, including:
o
GLMS Item, class, curriculum, and program changes
o
Facilitator and participant updates
o
Room booking changes
o
Learning communication audits

Handle firm approvals, token validation, and recharges.
-
Support stakeholder communications (learners, resourcers, People Leaders).
-
Manage workstream change requests.
-
Process CA / CAF expenses, Merits and Awards, and ad hoc postgraduate tasks.
-
Manage approved study leave in the leave management system.
-
Resolve GLMS and Degreed course completion issues, particularly for e learning programs.
-
Process learning invoice recharges and enrolment related billing queries.
-
Ensure accurate enrolment records and timely issue resolution.
-
Respond to mandatory learning queries.
-
Responds to and manages all learner requests via ServiceNow to ensure consistency, visibility, and accurate reporting.

Handle invoice processing enquiries and recharge queries.
-
Support event-related requests (rooms, catering, logistics).
-
Address general study leave enquiries and learner concerns.
-
Provide GLMS technical troubleshooting and user support.
-
Support degreed learning programs and learner issues.
-
Resolve digital badge issuance and troubleshooting issues.
-
Act as first line support for LMS navigation, access, and system-related concerns. Maintain high accuracy in learning records, financial data, and approvals.
