WE’RE HIRING: Associate Manager – Proposal Writing Team

Location: Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid after regularization

Shift: Permanent Night Shift + Philippine Holiday Work

Salary: Up to ₱200,000/month

HMO Coverage on Day 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients and senior management

• Manage end-to-end completion of RFPs and RFIs

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, and regional proposal teams

• Handle client escalations and maintain strong client relationships

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations and team performance

• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of proposal documents

• Draft customized proposals for unsolicited bids

• Conduct project management within tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Banking/Financial Services industry experience is required

• Minimum 8 years of proposal writing experience

• At least 5 years of people management experience

• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

• Amenable to permanent night shift and PH holiday work

• Willing to work onsite during the 6-month probationary period
