KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transaction Processing: Recording journal entries for the receipt of loan proceeds and disbursement of repayments.
• Reconciliation: Conducting monthly reconciliations of loan accounts to confirm balances match with lenders.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Keeping track of outstanding debts and upcoming cash outflows to support treasury management.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on outstanding debt, interest payments, and compliance with debt covenants.
• Internal Controls: Maintaining strong internal controls over cash and debt management
• Expected Credit Loss (ECL) if applicable
• Other related task

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Financial Management or any related course
• With 2-3 years of work experience.
• Financial literacy
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
