We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Management Trainee who will serve as the Assistant to the General Manager for client operations. The role focuses on operational support, employee management, process improvement, recruitment initiatives, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting operational excellence and team development.


Key Responsibilities


Operations Support

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily client operations and employee concerns
  • Support management in organizing, planning, and implementing operational strategies
  • Monitor operational efficiency and recommend process improvements and streamlining initiatives
  • Create and implement cross-training programs to improve workforce flexibility and operational continuity
  • Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed

Client and Employee Management

  • Monitor customer and client satisfaction across operations
  • Address and resolve escalated client concerns related to team performance and service delivery
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders and employees to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
  • Mentor Team Leaders in areas such as:
  • Personal and team performance
  • Task and workload management
  • Operational accountability and leadership development

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Functions

  • Prepare and implement training plans for new hires and trainees
  • Develop and update work instructions based on client stream processes
  • Assist in standardizing operational procedures and best practices
  • Support continuous learning and process improvement initiatives within the team


Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Preferably with experience in operations, team management, training, or client services
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and process improvement-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
