A. Technical Diagnostics & Remote Support
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and monitoring platforms
- Analyze alarms, error codes, and performance data from solar monitoring systems
- Perform initial troubleshooting and recommend corrective actions
- Escalate complex issues to field engineers or service teams when necessary
B. Aftersales Case Management
- Receive, log, and track aftersales service requests and technical concerns
- Assign service tickets and monitor resolution status
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain accurate aftersales case records
C. Warranty & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare and process warranty claim documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and service partners
- Track warranty approvals, replacements, and closures
- Maintain updated warranty and equipment records
D. Customer Communication & Support
- Act as technical liaison between customers and internal service teams
- Provide clear technical explanations and system guidance to customers
- Follow up with clients on service progress and resolution
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives
E. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare service summaries, performance reports, and issue analysis
- Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and maintenance databases
- Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions
- Submit regular reports to management
F. Process Improvement & Coordination
- Coordinate with installation and engineering teams to improve handover quality
- Provide technical feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist in developing aftersales procedures and service workflows
