About the Role:


We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (AI Integration) who can build modern web applications while helping drive AI-powered features across our products and internal platforms.

This role combines traditional full stack development with practical AI implementation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications while integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, vector databases, and intelligent workflows into real-world business solutions.

You will play a key role in bridging frontend experiences, backend services, and AI capabilities to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative applications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications from frontend to backend
  • Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js
  • Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and database architectures
  • Build web applications that incorporate AI-powered features and workflows
  • Integrate AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google AI (Gemini), Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies
  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems
  • Develop AI-assisted features such as chatbots, copilots, content generation tools, intelligent search, and workflow automation
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services, AI models, third-party APIs, and external systems
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and user experience
  • Evaluate AI outputs and implement strategies to improve reliability, accuracy, and usability
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, APIs, and AI workflows


Requirements:


  • Strong full stack development experience using modern web technologies (Laravel, Node.js, NestJS, ASP.NET Core, or similar frameworks)
  • Solid frontend experience with React, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
  • Experience developing applications that utilize AI APIs and services
  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google AI (Gemini), Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and AI application design principles
  • Experience working with databases and backend architecture design
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts
  • Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices
  • Experience deploying applications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally


Nice to Have (Optional):


  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, or similar platforms
  • Experience building AI agents, copilots, assistants, or workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar technologies
  • Experience integrating AI into SaaS, enterprise, or customer-facing applications
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic
  • Understanding of AI governance, privacy, security, and ethical considerations
  • Experience building AI-powered features in production environments is a strong advantage
