Operations Manager

1. Daily Operations & Guest Experience

• Maintain A clean, safe, and family-friendly environment. Ensure arcade floors and billiard areas are free of debris, well-lit, and properly ambient (music volume, temperature).
• Resolve customer complaints regarding machine malfunctions, dispute settlements, or service delays promptly and professionally.
• Manage venue capacity during peak hours, weekends, and private events (corporate parties, billiard tournaments, or birthday parties).

2. Technical & Equipment Management

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure maximum uptime for all amusement machines, simulators, redemption games, and prize hubs.
• Oversee the strict maintenance schedule for billiard tables, including regular leveling, cloth brushing/vacuuming, pocket repairs, and cue ball/stick cleaning.
• Manage the inventory of the arcade prize hub. Track payout percentages (win-rates) on ticket games to ensure profitability while keeping guests engaged.

3. Financial Management & Revenue Growth

• Analyze game performance metrics to determine which machines are underperforming. Decide on game rotations, layout changes, or pricing adjustments.
• Design and execute weekly promos (e.g., "Free Pool Tuesdays," discounted arcade play hours, or league nights) to drive traffic during off-peak times.

4. Team Leadership & Personnel Management

• Create optimized staff rosters that align with peak foot traffic patterns to control labor costs without sacrificing service quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and enforce company policies, ensuring staff maintain a hospitality-first mindset.

5. Compliance, Safety, & Risk Management

• Ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment complies with local safety regulations. Maintain clear emergency exits and first-aid readiness.
• Assist corporate or ownership in maintaining valid local amusement licenses, arcade operation permits, and background compliance if alcohol is served on-site.
