Job description:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and alignment of business plans with financial objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze financial data and provide insights to support informed business decisions and improve profitability.
  • Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders – Partner with departments and management to align business decisions with financial goals.
  • Advisory Role – Provide financial advice on budgeting, resource allocation, investments, and cost management.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track financial performance, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements.
  • Financial Support and Communication – Provide financial information and guidance to support company growth and stability.
  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities – Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Confidentiality and Information Security – Safeguard confidential company information and maintain data privacy at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or finance business partnering.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and performance management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence business decisions.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
