Digital Marketing Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics services ( transportation, warehousing, freight, etc.)
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors .
• Generate leads, conduct sales visits and present company services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Act as the main contact point for customers on commercial and service-related matters.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Monitor service performance and address customer issues in collaboration with operations.
• Track customer activities, sales targets and contract renewals.
