Technical Sales Support Engineer

Responsible servicing accountsmainly on the Philippines but will be expected to travel to other parts of the country if needed, otherwise, held the responsibility of providing technical

sales support. Installs, configures, calibrates, certifies, repairs, maintains,troubleshoots, and operates company products and systems at customer sites primarily on Process Analyzers, Gas Chromatography Instruments and Elemental Analyzers, Continuous Emission Monitoring System. Provide training to customers on products. Build and maintain customer relationships. Occasionally assist inapplication troubleshooting.

·       Installation, commissioning, upgrades to new and

existing analytical field service equipment. Conduct tests or experiments.

·       Troubleshoot and repair equipment, applying own

knowledge and experience

·      Recommend changes such as new equipment or modified

procedures to improve performance and customer satisfaction

·       Conduct detailed inventories and inspections to determine necessary maintenance and repairs, and assist in determining resources requirements

·       Promote good customer relations at all times.

·       Qualify the completeness of technical

specifications from the AI&C Department based on PRGISI Standard Application Questionnaire. 

·       Generate a PRGISI proposal based on Internal

Price List and PRGISI Brand Partner recommendations.

·       Ensure and communicate that Quotation generated

will meet the PRGISI standard Quotation lead time and the deadlines of our customer.

·       Comply with PRGISI Standard Payment Terms foreach quotation generated.

·       Liaise with AI&C for the recommended Profit Percentage for each quotation generated.

·       Process the necessary documents/ requirements to convert a Purchase Order from customer to a Sales Order to our Suppliers.

·       Process and communicate any documents needed for claim of warranty to our suppliers.

·     Ensure that all the above information is done and integrated inside PRGISI CRM Software.  

·       Full proficiency with analyzers/Gas chromatography system

·       Provide informal training while in the field

·       Highly adaptable and able to multi-tasking

·       A dynamic and creative individual with good interpersonal skills.

·       With good communication skills.

·       Flexible in job assignment; willing to travel and be assigned to local and overseas projects

·     Graduate of Instrumentation Technician or equivalent
