Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the implementation and management of cloud services and infrastructure as code solutions.
- Perform system monitoring and maintenance using various monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to support integration and deployment processes.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles for common technical issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Skills and Competencies: Understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network security principles
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments
