Social Media Associate

WE'RE HIRING: Full-Time Social Media Associate (HYBRID, OFFICE IS IN TONDO, MANILA)

We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Associate to join our team full-time! If you live and breathe TikTok, love making videos, and know how to make content go viral — this is for you.

What you'll do:

• Shoot and edit engaging videos for TikTok and Facebook
• Schedule and post content consistently across our social media platforms
• Stay on top of trends and jump on them fast (sounds, formats, challenges)
• Help promote our business and grow our online presence
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas that connect with our audience

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 months of experience in social media content creation/management
• Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Facebook trends and algorithms
• Comfortable being behind (and ideally in front of) the camera
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet posting schedules
• Creative eye and a passion for storytelling

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience growing a brand or business account
• Know basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Can write catchy captions and hooks

Details:

• Full-time position
• 3x a week On-Site Tondo, Manila office, 3x a week WFH
• Monday to Saturday
• 15,000 to 16,000pesos/month
