SEM EXPERT/ GOOGLE ADS EXPERT

Key Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and App campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
* Manage daily budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
* Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
* Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
* Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
* Collaborate with SEO, content, multimedia, and web development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Identify new growth opportunities and recommend campaign improvements.
* Stay updated on Google Ads policies, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* At least 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
* Experience with bid management and performance optimization.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Google Ads Certification is an advantage.
* Experience in online gaming, iGaming, or digital marketing is a plus.
