Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for diverse hospitality roles (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Kitchen), ensuring we are staffed with service-minded professionals.
- Organizational Design: provide inputs to improve organizational design and enhance employee roles.
- Compensation and Benefits: Regularly evaluate employee compensation and movement. Monitor and update employee benefits.
- Timekeeping & Compensation Support: Oversee daily timekeeping, manage shifting schedules, and coordinate closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Performance Management: Facilitate regular performance evaluations and identify training opportunities to help our staff grow within the hospitality industry.
- Training & Development: Support the development of human capital by coordinating training programs and conducting training needs assessment.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve grievances with fairness, and implement morale-boosting programs to maintain a high-retention environment.
- Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure all HR policies aligned strictly with DOLE regulations, manage disciplinary processes professionally, and keep employee records meticulous and secure.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or any other related field
- With atleast 3 years experience as HR Generalist
- Communication skills (oral and written)
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
