Senior Business Development Executive Fintech - Chinese Speaking
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Office-Based)
Salary: High Base Salary (MYR6000+ + Highly Competitive Commission)
We are expanding the Kuala Lumpur team! We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with a strong network in the Fintech/ CFD/FX industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand your existing client and IB network.
- Acquire and manage high-value clients and introducing brokers (IBs).
- Drive client acquisition, trading volume, and net deposits.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the CFD/FX brokerage industry.
- Chinese-speaking proficiency is required.
- An existing book of clients and/or IB network will be advantageous
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
