Senior QA / UAT Test Lead

Location : Singapore

We are looking for a Senior QA / UAT Test Lead to drive testing strategy and quality delivery for a migration & system integration project.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage SIT/UAT strategies, test plans, and scenarios
• Lead end-to-end testing (functional, integration, regression)
• Drive the defect lifecycle (logging → tracking → closure)
• Facilitate defect triage with business & tech stakeholders
• Deliver quality dashboards, reports, and readiness insights

We’re looking for someone with:

• 7+ years of experience in QA / Testing / UAT roles
• Strong experience in SIT/UAT & migration testing
• Familiar with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
