We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives. This role will help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, campaign performance, and business growth through effective marketing programs, promotions, events, and digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or related functions
• Experience in campaign execution, promotions, events, brand activations, and product launches
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Experience coordinating with agencies, suppliers, influencers, media partners, and internal stakeholders
• Background in retail, consumer goods, FMCG, food, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
• Proficient in marketing tools, business applications, and reporting systems
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking
