The candidate will work under senior guidance to develop contact flows, Lambda functions, and platform integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions (Node.js / Python) to support voice workflow automation
● Assist in telephony routing configuration, number management, and queue setup
● Support API-based integrations between Amazon Connect and backend/external systems
● Execute unit testing, SIT support, and defect triage on voice flows and integrations
● Maintain documentation for contact flow designs, integration specs, and configuration changes
● Troubleshoot and resolve voice platform issues in development and test environments
Mandatory Technical Skills:
● Must have 3 years of related experience
● Minimum 6–12 months hands-on Amazon Connect development (contact flows + Lambda)
● Demonstrated experience in solution build, not call center operations or agent support
● Has contributed to at least 1 Amazon Connect implementation (partial or full lifecycle)
● Amazon Connect - Hands-on experience configuring contact flows, queues, and routing profiles
● AWS Lambda - Ability to write and debug Lambda functions (Node.js or Python)
● AWS Services - Working knowledge of API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch
● Telephony - Basic understanding of IVR design, call flow logic, and voice channel concepts
● Development - Solid fundamentals in at least one language (Python / Node.js / JavaScript)
Nice to Have:
● Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integration experience (CTI adapter, voice-to-case)
● Experience with infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation / CDK)
● Exposure to omnichannel contact center solutions (voice, chat, tasks)
● AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer Associate certification
