·  Technical Support:

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both remotely and in person, to employees or clients.

·  Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and software applications.

·  System Installation & Configuration:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware for end-users.

·  User Training:

Provide guidance and training to employees on how to use company systems, software, and tools effectively.

·  Network Support:

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

·  Software & Hardware Maintenance:

Ensure software updates, patches, and antivirus definitions are current. Maintain inventory of all IT assets.

·  Backup & Recovery:

Manage backup systems to ensure data integrity and implement disaster recovery procedures.

·  Documentation:

Maintain records of IT issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Document procedures for common IT tasks.

·  Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments and IT team members to implement new systems or technologies and ensure smooth integration.
