Administrative Officer – Livestreaming Platform
Job Summary
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the livestreaming platform. This role coordinates with hosts, agencies, internal departments, and external partners while maintaining accurate records, handling documentation, and supporting recruitment and operational activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
l 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations support.
l Experience in entertainment, livestreaming, social media, talent management, or digital platforms is an advantage.
Skills:
l Excellent organizational and time management skills.
l Strong verbal and written communication skills.
l Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
l Strong attention to detail.
l Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
l Professional handling of confidential information.
l Basic knowledge of social media platforms and livestreaming ecosystems is a plus.
