Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, identity, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and videos.

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers and encourage meaningful conversations.
  • Escalate customer concerns or inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community.

Copywriting

  • Write compelling, accurate, and engaging captions, headlines, and promotional copy tailored to each platform.
  • Ensure all messaging is aligned with the brand's tone of voice and campaign objectives.
  • Proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency before publication.

Content Scheduling

  • Schedule and publish content using approved social media management tools.
  • Coordinate posting schedules with marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Ensure content is published on time across all platforms.

KOL & Brand Partner Coordination (When Necessary)

  • Assist in coordinating collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, content creators, and brand partners.
  • Help manage campaign timelines, content submissions, and deliverables.
  • Track collaboration performance and prepare post-campaign summaries.

Social Media Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend strategies to improve content performance and audience engagement.

Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, viral content, and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging trends and recommend creative ideas that keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Proactively suggest new content formats, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
