We are looking for a senior-level professional with strong business analytics skills, advanced Excel capability, excellent English communication, and a working background in prevailing wage processes, compliance, reporting, and documentation.


This person will become part of our US operations team and will support business analysis, operational reporting, wage-related documentation, data organization, process improvement, and online team collaboration.


This role is ideal for someone with exceptional analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to understand complex business and compliance-related information quickly.


Key Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analytics & Prevailing Wage Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Business Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze operational data, reports, payroll-related information, project data, and compliance documents.
  • Build clear reports, dashboards, summaries, and recommendations for management.
  • Identify patterns, errors, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate raw data into useful business insights.
  • Excel, Data, and Tools Management
  • Use advanced Excel functions such as formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, data cleaning, and structured reporting.
  • Work with online business tools, project management platforms, spreadsheets, CRMs, cloud drives, and collaboration systems.
  • Organize large amounts of data with accuracy and consistency.
  • Improve existing templates, trackers, and reporting systems.
  • Prevailing Wage Support
  • Assist with prevailing wage documentation, classifications, payroll-related reports, compliance tracking, and project requirements.
  • Review data for accuracy, missing information, inconsistencies, and compliance risks.
  • Support the team in maintaining organized records for US-based operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure required information is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • US Operations Support
  • Work closely with the US operations team during PST business hours.
  • Support management with analytical reports, operational decisions, and process documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Help improve workflows, reporting structures, and internal systems.
  • Team Collaboration & Skill Development
  • Collaborate effectively with a remote online team.
  • Take initiative in learning new tools, platforms, and business processes.
  • Develop new technical, analytical, and operational skills as the company grows.
  • Contribute ideas that improve team productivity, accuracy, and execution.


Required Skills and Qualifications


The ideal candidate must have:

  • Senior-level experience in business analytics, operations, payroll support, compliance support, or related fields.
  • Strong background or working knowledge of prevailing wage processes.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex information with accuracy and speed.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working on Pacific Standard Time to support US operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and workflows quickly.
  • Strong online collaboration skills with managers and team members.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting US-based companies or US operations.
  • Experience with payroll, construction compliance, government contracts, certified payroll, or labor compliance.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, CRMs, or reporting dashboards.
  • Experience creating SOPs, trackers, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to identify risks before they become problems.
