About the Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding the customer base, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on managing key corporate and government accounts, promoting the company's technology and engineering solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Sales team to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and customer base.
  • Manage key corporate and government accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Drive solution selling for integrated security, automation, AI, IoT, and energy solutions.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and project handover.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Technical Support, and Marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government procurement requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 3 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience in engineering, industrial automation, security systems, ICT, energy, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record in solution selling, project-based sales, and managing corporate and government accounts.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of integrated security systems, CCTV, access control, AI, IoT, industrial automation, and energy solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
