About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Vietnamese and Mandarin, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys solving customer issues efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and other support channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with account-related issues and basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Basic English proficiency for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, or related roles is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, customer-focused, and able to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and common communication tools.
